What in the world??

So i just turned level 24, and for some reason, my action points attack cost went from 4 (my weapon costs 4) to 6. Why would this happen? Is this a normal part of the game??? Also, I dont have any points toward combat speed skill...

Lol....nevermind..my armor has +2ap cost....no idea how i didn't see that..yyyea that explains a lot

Maybe you were inflicted a temporary actor condition.
Check for icons in the lower right corner of the screen, or in your character overview screen (where you level up).
Or you just equipped an item that hampers attack cost.
