dual wield or sword and shield? other questions too

My current character is level 15
Has 147% attack
56% block chance
20% critical with 33 skill and a 3.0 multiplier

That's with items/equipment. Should level up dual wield then keep leveling critical and attack chance OR should I level up dual wield then do critical defense? Or something else. I pick next level. Help.


Edit: just leveled up. I have flagstone's pride now. Haven't picked a skill

You are level 15? Take Combat Speed 1. At level 28, do not take a skill. Then take Combat Speed 2 at level 30. Getting both levels of CS ASAP is more important than anything other than getting at least one level of Increased Fortitude ASAP.

That, and Flagstone's with a shield is a great combo for until you decide which way to go.

I had a save with Flagstone's and shield as its weapons of choice until I found a RoL.

Personally, I'd go for a blank and then decide later. Can always reload the saved blank and go from there if you're unimpressed with a direction.

What about rings? Right now I have two polished rings of back stabbing. What about necklaces? Also when should I switch from hardened leather armor to villains leather armor?

As for skill points I have 2 in quick learner 1 in crits and 1 in combat speed. I guess I'll do combat speed 2 next.

You can't get combat speed 2 until level 30.

The polished ring of backstabbing is very good. The Villain's ring is about as good, just with somewhat different stats (no boost to criticals, but better AC and AD). The only other ring to consider is the Ring of the Protector (very good BC, and a HP increase).

Get the Jewel of Fallhaven, which lowers your attack cost by 1. Also get the Villain's Leather Armor, which lowers your move cost by 1. Since you have CS1, with Flagstone's Pride you will then get either 3 hits per round, or 2 hits per round and a chance to flee.

If you don't have Increased Fortitude, take at least one level ASAP. Then your HP will increase with every level up.

And take regeneration for cure yourself. Personally I have flagstone pride and help lot with speed combat lvl 2 I can flee twice or make a attack and flee .
