lvl 26 i need advice.

Good job getting, possibly, the best armor in the game. Now, you really should have two sets of equipment, one for criticals and one for crit immune baddies. So for example, when using Flagstone's Pride, you should use two Polished Ring of Backstabbing, and then use two Villain's Rings when fighting crit immune. Keep the hat until you get to Remgard, or until you find the Dark Protector. Get a new shield, either Strong Wooden Tower, or Wooden Defender. Get either woodcutter's boots or Vacor's (based on quest choice), nice choice on gloves, perhaps look at the Heavy Plated for added damage. And when fighting crit immune baddies, get Balanced Steel Sword or the Quickstike Dagger. And your next skill point should go towards combat speed two.
Then grind in blackwater mtn, or the gargoyle cave. I'd say once you hit level 45, then head for the green maze.

I just hit level 44 and only have to find that last bandit and all current content will be complete:)
