DoSP vs Serpent's Fang (or other Lleglaris items)

I have the DoSP are any of Lleglaris' items better?

IMO, no. Some of the items inflict interesting actor conditions, but either the chance is too small, the multiplier is too low, or the duration is too short (or some combination of those) to balance the loss of basic stats compared to DoSP. If you are fighting monsters that are immune to critical hits then the DoSP is not the ideal weapon, but IMO neither is anything Llegaris sells.

He has a couple items that "might" be worthy. First of all, the Serpents Fang is terrible, one thing that the directory doesn't show, is that it has a -2 to your dmg resistance. If you want crits, go with flagstone's pride and/or dagger of the shadow priests. Some have used dual wield with the Axe of Fear and the Axe of Whirlwind for the actor conditions. The "best" item he has in my mind is the "worn plated gloves", which have a 20% of dazed, which lowers the targets BC by 40% for four rounds. If you also have the Chaos Reaper, you can inflict Chaotic Grip, which lowers BC by 50% for three rounds and their DR by 5. So if you inflict both dazed and Chaotic Grip, you lower their BC by 90%! Which can be really nice if you don't have that high of an AC. works good for builds that have high dmg.
