I would think so, especially with all those potions.

I think do as well. You have got a high crit chance and moderate damage. It should work quite well.
Beware: Don't let you surround by multiple monsters like in the Hirathil cave!

What would be the minimum requirements for green maze? I've just got to the 1st guardian of the bridge who is considerably stronger than the rest of the monsters I've fought up to here.
My stats are:
Level. 27 (nearly 28)
AP. 11
ACost. 3AP
AC. 169%
AD. 17-30
CHit. 15
CM. 2
ECC. 12%
BC. 67%
DC. 1

Base:
HP. 75
AC. 85%
AD. 10
BC. 15%

Gear:
coin. x2700 (blown abit on gutsplitter and bonemeal)
bonemeal. x55
Meat. x30

Leather cap
Sup hard leather armour
Jof
Crude wooden buckler (only as it doesn't impede AC and will replace with dual weapons when i can)
Villans ring x2
Troublemakers gloves
Defenders boots (was going to buy woodcutters boots but forgot)
Flagstone pride/villans blade/gutsplitter/gleaming claymore of ruin/blade of defiler (for healing)

I can't decide on a weapon yet. Flagstone's pretty good. Villans blade crits higher (x3) but doesn't hit as often.
Gutsplitter seems beast and almost constantly hits 25-30+ but only 2 attacks (until i get to lvl30) and I chose 1 handed sword proficiency. Not sure what to make of the claymore. Defiler I use to heal on low lvl kills.

Any suggestions on my set up/build guys? I have the venomous dagger too, why do alot of people recommend this? .
I really need to get 12AP & dual wield at level 36, when I do, should I try duel wielding QSD or Flagstone Pride + another 1 handed sword/dag or something different?

Any help would be greatly appreciated :)

hi n1cky0 and welcome on board! well I appreciate that at lvl 27 you managed to defeat that gaurdian, well done. and as you have felt the power of monster around I will say that do not go further before lvl 30 or more, because there will be some deadly creatures up to the way and not to mention the dangerouest monster of the game you will find there.

and its really a bad idea to dual wield other weapons with QSD because QSD is like a ninja weapon- superfast with JoF. with quickspeed2 it enables you to attack 4 times w/o JoF and 6 times w/ JoF. and if you want some criticals too then the FSP is the best choice for you ATM.

Thanks for the quick reply. I think I will have to retreat and maybe go grind in the prim/blackwater area again. (Maybe to lvl 36 yay -_-) I need to go back to blackwater for 2 quests anyway. (Note to self stock up on bonemeal, don't want to get stuck there again like when I was lvl 20!)

I understand that QSD isn't worth wielding with anything else or without 12AP+ Jof...

I was wondering if duel wield QSD > FSP + another 1 handed sword. (Can u get 2 FSP?) Both with 12Ap + jof
It's either 6 low (and I'm assuming accurate) hits vs. 4 fairly accurate medium hits with crit.

Or, 3 big hits with gleaming claymore + jof. Or, 2 big accurate hits with gutsplitter w/o jof. Or, 2 unpredictable hits with skullcrusher + jof
I'm enclined to steer away from 2 handed as I went for 1 handed sword proficiency, but how much bonus does the proficiency give you does anybody know?

Does anyone use venomous dagger? Why do so many recommend it or regret selling it.

I killed Aulowenn in hope that I meet the other guy again who may help me. What did everyone else choose?

and since FSP is sword given upon completing a onetime quest so it is unique and you can't get another one. also I sold venomous dagger almost instantly because there was nothing venomous about it.

and I also killed alowenn. ofcource for shadow.

You should be OK going after the Serpent's Hauberk it isn't much further in the maze. After you get that go get the DoSP.
