i want to know where are the best place to make xp

Have you done all the quests in Crossglen, Fallhaven, Vailgard, Crossroads guardhouse, and Loneford? At level 24 you can get to all of them. You could give Flagstone prison a go too (south west of Crossglen).

i think i get all of them and i get quest of the prison and i finish the quest with prim and blackwater settlement
now i can make "destined for great things" , and i can go in green maze but i must became stronger

The Green maze is really hard. You will not make it through at level 24. Head north from Loneford to the river, then follow the river east. See how far you can get. It's hard, but the rewards are high.

You can get a lot of exp by just completing quests.
Explore all places you can, find quests and try to complete them. Kill the monsters that come into your way.
That's how I leveled up Tarobinha. I was level 42 after completing all quests except the Green Maze ones. I reached level 45 trying to grind RoLS, killed 4k Shadow Gargoyle Masters/Trainers, but didn't get RoLS.
Then I gave up and went forward to Green Maze to kill Hira'zinn, what I did pretty easily with my build.

And I recommend the Gargoyle + Shadow Gargoyle Master/Trainer cave to farm gold, they give 20+ gold per kill, plus the Regular Health Potions that can be sold for a good money.
You need good equipment to move forward, I recommend getting Ring of the Protector and/or Villain's Ring, depending of what you need.

and we can loot easly there equipement with 0.01% chance to drop it ?

Yes, the river with the Izthiels is hard, it is the last place you should go to before heading to the Green Maze.
Did you complete "Feygard Errands" quest? Loneford quest "Runs through the veins" (you need to kill that troll in the bridge, deal with Rogorn and talk to Minarra again)? Did you complete "Destined to great things" quest, and got the proficiencies from Falothen and Favyara?

And legendary items aren't easy to get, 0.01% chance means you need to kill 10000 of that kind of monster, in average, to get that legendary item. You can put points into Magic Finder skill to raise your chance, I did put one point into MF to raise my chance to 0.015%, so I need to kill 6666 monsters, in average, instead of 10000.
I killed 4000 Shadow Gargoyle Master/Trainer, and didn't get my RoLS (Ring of Lesser Shadow) yet.

Actually, although it's not intuitive, with no levels of Magic finder you need 6392 kills for a 50% chance of getting the ring. With one level of Magic finder that drops to 4621 kills.

Regardless, trying to get one will certainly result in a lot of XP

so now i must have luck
