Quick and free healing
This requires a ROLS, more specifically, shadow generation. If your HP are low, get into a fight with a inferior opponent (such as the bug cave), and repeatedly hit "end turn". Their attacks do nothing while you heal per round.

I love this trick i do this all the time when there are small NPCs near the larger ones that i am grinding.
=) This is the fastest way to get back to full HP w/o spending money (ie potions or food) or using a bed.

I just whip out the rol for a few turns, that is a lot of end turns if my hp is low.

Didn't think of this one, but I am not getting low in the current area. Need to find me a RoL first for fast regen. Got so many potions from grinding RoLS and nearly 1000 BMP so I could care less

I don't know what you are doing, but I have so much meat that I need no money to gain back full health.
But since I have corpse eater 2 I don't even need that anymore, so I think Shadow Regeneration isn't that worth.

Yea I love the ROL too, it's immensely powerful! I just figured I'd throw this little tidbit out there about shadow regeneration, in case somebody needed to use it for a quick boost to HP.

It is a shame that the rols shadow regen doesn't stack. Then it would be really quick.
