I thing the one about finding rare items should be implimented so that if you get a legendary or extraordinary item the Dialog box pops up with a "hmmmm what could this be? +1 to both ideas, in general. I definitely would love to see a dialog box pop up for rare, exceptional, and legendary items. It should have a separate option to turn on/off so that people that turn off the loot dialog could still use the r/e/l dialog if they like. But i really think the one for L + E items should be added.
