NPC status condition idea: Terrorstruck

Terrorstruck: (mental condition)
-2AP
-20% AC
Move cost -1AP
When using Potion or Food: Healing items only heal for 1/2 their normal healing power

Non-stackable, When infected X1 (5 to 10 rounds)

Example:
Bonemeal Potion heals for 40
While infected it would only heal for 20.

Gave -1 to move cost, because when scared people run fast!! lol

Ideas? Thoughts?

I like the name!!! What about if you miss a turn when fighting a monster.eg.the monster gets 2 rounds of hits to your 1 round because you keep freezing with fear.as the condition says terrorstruck.+1 condition idea though

This may not workout exactly as you are suggesting as it depends on your weapon of choice, but that is the general idea behind the -2AP

I like this idea, but I think it should also lower AD, maybe - 5.
And it should get inflicted by some kind of undead creature since they should seem scary.

And what would be just as fun is if there was a weapon we could use to inflict it on others.

Blade of terror
attack cost 5 AP
AC 15%
AD - 5
BC - 10%
On hit: 50% chance of causing Terrorstruck on target.

The AD is negative because the idea is that you would dual weird this with another weapon so it's main purpose is just to strike fear into your opponent.

Didn't think of that one tek.I just like the idea of the condition.perhaps a pop up message during battle which says 'you are struck with shear terror,unfortunately you are unable to commence battle this round)or something like that.perhaps keep the ap the same and incorporate something like that instead
