Is anyone actually using this sword as their full-time weapon?

It's acquired so late in the game (basically, at the end of the current material) that I doubt many are using it.

True. But I'm still wondering if anyone made the switch.

Me neither. None of my 8 builds even own it.

Oh! I use it in one of my characters and no enemy stays alive for more than 3-5 rounds.

None of my 6 characters have ever bothered with it. I always destroy it to save the crystals. Crystals are way more useful. And less cursed.

My Crit build Zzatirk has started using it: not been anywhere demanding with it yet, just farming for potions in the Zombie cave and hoping for a RoLS in the Gargoyle cave, nothing survives two hits so far. With an attack cost of 6AP (or 5 with the JoF) the JoF becomes redundant and allows the use of the Necklace of Strike for an additional 5 to Critical skill, or you could the save two skill points on CS and stick with the JoF,(I've literally just thought of that last point so there might be a flaw, I'll investigate).

The Iquan and Spider caves are beckoning, I'll see how I get on before going too far but I may turn one of my young scrappers (currently lvl 16) into a two handed weapon specialist just for the hell of it - and who knows what may come in the future, (apart from the testers).
