Quite likely - due to my love of splatting things fast - they're a bit OP.
Can't think of weapon stats without making them uber, so maybe just stick to dribbling over my phone and speaking to my stuffed moose.

I like the cao's shiney boots, I don't like my remgard boots but is the best in the game

The boots are overpowered, at least for any current part of the game. I would say that if anything the other items are underpowered.

Compare the necklace to Marrowtaint. The BC boost is almost the same, the HP boost is the same, the -1 attack cost is the same. Marrowtaint has +9AC, you have +2-5AD. If those were the only stats I would say they are almost equivalent in power. But you have +2 move cost. That's a big penalty. If you had +1 move cost it could be countered with the Villains Leather Armor or the Cowards Boots, but +2 move cost really nerfs the possibility of fleeing! To counter the penalty you would have to have both. I would increase the AC to 20, and the AD to 5-10. For those that hit and flee (like me) even that would not be enough, but for the stand your ground player it might be.

For the ring, you would either have to have 2 levels of regeneration or ROLS and 1 level of regeneration, or you would keep dieing just walking around For a price like that I would want some serious stat boosts! I would drop the CS and BC penalties. Maybe also make it 2HP on kill, -1HP per round. Even then I'm not sure I would wear it!

Good pointers. +2 move is a little extreme, but there aren't any AD boosting necklaces ingame, which bites.

Interesting observation. You are right. For the damage minded (as opposed to the damaged minds?) there is room for a new necklace there!

yeah is right there are anyone necklace with AD this is going to be interesing for AT
