That's not something that can be changed as the property of an item. For anyone that is interested in content creation I recommend installing ATCS: viewtopic.php?f=6&t=4806. It will show you what properties items can have, and you can browse existing items for comparison.

Yeah, exp increase doesn't exist as a parameter, but I actually think it is a good idea. It is creative if nothing else.
Hats/caps, in my opinion, shouldn't be involved with direct combat. So no AC, AD, BC.

Hats/caps, as opposed to helms, are low BC items, just as torn shirts are, and I think that's fine. Anything more would be vaguely magical, it seems to me.

imho i think that hats shouldn't effect the attacking end of the game (like boosting AC, AD, CM, etc) but it should effect BC because that's what a hat or helmet is designed to do... protect your head from damage. :lol:

I think it is also reasonable for it to affect your AC, because it could hinder your view. That's the case for helmets at least, even if not for hats.
