Are you talking about version 0.7.1 update? There are no new maps. Bug fixes & language translations only.

So what you mean when you read the Play Store "Major update to the tileset and maps"?

It means new tilesets were introduced (not necessarily used by actual maps though), and many maps were updated/fixed, including the world map. But nothing new introduced.
