Yep. I definitely know Unzel and yet the only answer I can give to that guy in Remgard (forgot his name) that I do not know Unzel (and therefore not get the map to Vacors hideout). I suppose that this dialogue will only change after the U vs V quest is completed.

Well, and as long as the quest is not completed I would suggest the option mentioned above to avoid confusion.

Saru if the weapon you have equipped is the greataxe of fury then that item lowers your BC by 3% which would explain why your BC isn't rising.

And that's not a bug there's an encampment and that Guy has been asked by survivors of charwood for help. He's just telling you that.

I also think if BC could get as high % as AC at level ups, then WA and Dodge should have the same sum as well.
Just a thought, I guess it's been suggested before but.. It would be more balanced that way.
