Topic drifting.
Although I agree with Skrik's comments on BC, this is not the thread for which to voice them as this thread is reserved for testing new features and enhancements of 0.7.0a.

Well hold on there Antison. I don't think it is topic drifting because as you said this topic is for enhancements and testing new features. So in bringing up an enhancement on the Lvl up BC due to new fighting styles could be (as a stretch) part of this topic.

Awesome input, everyone.

On behalf of the whole Andor's Trail dev team, thank you everyone for both testing the alpha version(s), and for taking the time to write about the things you've found!

Alpha3 is now available:

Changelog:
  • Add rapier item category to 1h sword proficiency skill. (thanks SkrikRunkarN and Sarumar)
  • Code refactoring: Start using FragmentActivity & FragmentTabHost for tabs instead of TabHost. Major code rewriting for shop interface & hero screens.
  • Add game statistics to hero overview screen.
  • Bugfix: Only remove one item per click when picking up single items from ground bags. (major thanks to Mety!)
  • Spelling corrections (thanks only1doug!)
  • Add sign for grave in lodar5cave2 (thanks Sarumar)
  • Add green apples to starting kit for new players (thanks Sarumar)
  • "Blade of the Defiler" is now extraordinary. (Thanks Antison)
  • Slight bump to Xul'viir
  • Lowered exp rewards for some beginner quests. (thanks sorrow)
  • Major bump in exp reward for finding Lodar.
  • Add named area "Charwood" to worldmap (thanks Mayweed)
  • Add more settings to control how loot bags are presented. (thanks Tomcat)
  • Code refactoring: Changed all <string-array> into referencing @string/ values. Much better for translations.
  • Slight bump to heavy armor skill (thanks Antison and Sarumar)
  • Map alignment tweaks (thanks Tomcat!)
  • Add CS to 2-handed weapons with CM (thanks Sarumar)
  • Add description to RolS

OUR KING OSKAR HAS GIVEN US ALPHA 3!!!! *holy music playing in background*

+1 to xul'viir. Powerful with 2 attacks. Seems perfect in my books.
+1 to 2h weapons at the start. Makes them worth investing time into them.
+ a billion to game statistics love it period
I like that we start with 2 apples at the beginning of the game.
Liked the lowering of the XP instead of jumping from 1-11 needing only 100 XP to 12 I.can only jump from 1-10 now.
Saw that the toast has been fixed.
Question: is the highwayman on the duleian road ment to be a one time kill?
The death bug clearing monster bug seems to be fixed. I will try in other areas to make sure of it tho.

All in all I'm loving how alpha 3 is looking.

I find this new option "show monster loot dialog box onky when found item" a really nice.

I'm stuck at my in-laws' house w/o my tablet and don't want to install alpha on my phone. Anyway,
