Give or take a couple of months. I used to spend quite some time on here with my wife but after she past away I found it hard to be as involved. But now I'm back for good.

Unfortunately I'm absolutely useless in the gym at the moment.
I had quite a nasty accident 2 weeks ago on a dodgey piece of equipment and to make a long story short I've ended up with a fractured patella and a quad separation. With a long road to recovery.

Apparently the doctors reckon with extensive surgery I will still walk with a limp and not be able to do a lot of things still. So competing is completely out of the question now. Sides I'm getting to old for it.
Plus I've got a group of young women I've been training and with a little luck they will take a couple of places at the next major comp!!
