I was a teenager when I watched the originals, so I don't remember whether I would have thought them appropriate for kids that young. At my age at the time, it seemed pretty tame. No one dies, or even gets badly hurt.

True, you never see anybody "die", but there is a lot of violance. Bombs, grenades, vehicles blowing up/rolling over, machine guns, fist fights...Etc.

Yes, all very cartoonish, but lots of fight scenes etc. like you say. Better for teens than early primary school age.

I was seven years old watching Knight Rider and the A-Team. I'm also the LEAST violent person on the planet.

:O i am suprized no one mentioned Game of Thrones or Vikings. :3 unless i overlooked it. :3 i still have to catch up on Vikings.
:3 but The Walking Dead has decreased in likeness... though i will still watch it. because with the loss of one of my favourite characters on the premier... Negan is awesome.

American Horror Story was alright the first three seasons. but failed fourth on. Season three was awesome, even though it started out super cliche.

Gotham i am waiting for season three to finish, because when watching the first two i was with out sleep...

don't get me started on anime... :3

Game of Thrones is based on a great book series, but now that the show has gone beyond the books plotwise, the storytelling has gone to the dogs.
