And it should be accompanied by the "Fireman" skill that each skill level will decrease the affects of the Charred Hair by 5 AC and 1AP

I was actually thinking about the actor condition being applied to whatever the wearer is attacking, but I should have said chance per hit, not chance per round :)

While i was away i have been in the Fire Spinning Community in Seattle... Been learning all kinds of new tricks.

Pyrizzle? I think I might have seen you on the street here in Seattle, because I know that face! I have a perfect memory for visuals, I never forget what I've seen... even briefly (which is sometimes a curse).
