Not much can go wrong with that one! You can even trade the tuna for mince and top with salsa and cheese.
Mmmm yummy

For those that don't know, depending on locale, coriander = cilantro.
Or sometimes, coriander for the seeds and cilantro for the leaf.

In the UK coriander is used for the seeds and the leaves. I had never heard of cilantro until I moved to the US, where, confusingly, the seeds are still called coriander, but the leaves are called cilantro  (at least, in the states where I have lived). In other English speaking countries, I have no idea how it works.

I do love a bit of fried bread, but I'll usually have that with fried tomatoes on top, with lots of salt!

For a Bacon sarnie I like to put two slices of bread in the same slot of the toaster: the toasted side is for inside the sarnie which ends up being crunchy in the middle and just like very fresh bread on the outside.

I'm neither grossly overweight nor particularly unfit btw, I've just learned to ignore any advice about food from experts, they'll change their minds in a couple of years time. Whilst everyone who listens to them is out there virtually flagellating themselves over every chocolate croissant I'm eating what I enjoy.

I have never claimed to be a expert on nutrition I claim to expertly tailor nutrition to each person in conjunction with fitness programs
As with anything in life you never stop learning.
I'm still educating myself every day.
What I do have going for me is my ability to break down macronutrients. To obtain everything someone needs.
