I'm having an issue finding Magez in the quest A Difference in Opinion. It says he travels far west, but I've had no success locating him. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated. The quest originates in Remgard.

maybe an actor condition can be implemented that if drink more than 20 bonemeal potions in 10 min you will become "bone sick" which will reduce the effect of bonemeal potions.
