That would be a lot of work to make sets if they were just "single use" like this though. If they're going to make sets, I'd want them to have a chance at being worn because they're good, and thus, worn consistently.

Ofcourse the set would have nice stats for a character around lvl 10 or so, when you're doing that quest. At lvl 50 though, you might want to change over to a different set that you can get through a different quest/monster grind/...

I know many of the people who go through the trouble of posting here are ridiculously high leveled, and want to see high lvl items, but does a set that's awsome throughout the game, and reachable around lvl 10 sound right? If this particular set is available at lvl 10 or so, it should be useable for lvl 10-20 characters. Higher lvl characters should have their own sets, with higher requirements to wear them... Basically, if you add items, add items for the entire level range of the game. This also had the added benefit of having more items in total in the game...

An early set could be a snakeskin set.

Fine / Snakeskin gloves
Snakeskin boots
Venomous dagger

And a snake leather shirt (BC 9%, AC -3% ?) that the tailor in fallhaven could make
if you provide him with 20 snake leather?
These items would need to be added into the game.

Set bonus could be 5% chance to inflict minor poison on strike,
and +1 skill point in pure blood when entire set equipped.

Nice little bonuses near the start but easily surpassed by ' high level' gear.
