only the mods can lock it. by the way whos your phone provider? thats may be the problem.

I currently use Verizon. However, if it was just a provider problem I am pretty sure I wouldn't be the only who has Verizon and plays AT, so the problem would have been mentioned before I would think. An interesting thought, though.

Just now got my phone to connect to Wi-Fi. No issues. So I guess it was just the connection through the network that was the problem. Whew, at least I know now. Thanks for all your help, but the problem is solved now!

I am glad to hear that you are not experiencing problems connecting from your new phone Krimson.
I'm going to leave this thread unlocked just in case any other forum members have also been experiencing the same connection issues.
