Since my weight loss started 3 months ago and I'm only 9 pounds away from my final goal weight, I will say my resolution is to maintain this weight.
Another resolution is to be a better husband and father.

So far everything is good. Been removing the "habit" smokes, and instead taking it ~20 min earlier or later.
I'm also smoking less powerful cigarettes. One of these equals 1/5 of my old cigarettes. Have gotten myself an e-cigarette that I will start swap some of my smokes with.

Good start! :D Now you have started, always remember that the worst part will always be the part you have already done. If you feel yourself wavering, tell yourself this, and that if you stray from the path then you will have to do some of it over again! And never hit the reset button, and go back to the start! A little backsliding every now and again is hard to avoid, but do not hit "reset"!

Once I had got my habit smokes somewhat under control I introduced things that acted as deterrents to smoking. The two biggest ones were that I forbade myself to ever smoke in my car (in fact, I also had the car upholstery washed and deodorized, just to make sure I would stick to my rule) or my apartment. So if I was driving I had to pull over somewhere if I wanted to smoke. If I was at home, I had to go out onto the balcony of my apartment to smoke. There are lot's of other deterrents you could also use (for example, putting some money into a jar for charity every time). These deterrents helped me, because they didn't stop me from smoking, but they forced me to minimize the number I smoked.

Good luck! Keep it up! :D

To master Helicopter tosses again... Well not the tosses, i have that part down; it's the catching it part that i have been off on lately.

I changed my mind, i have a new goal!

To start saving up enough money to take a trip out to Goa, India. A few years ago i had a guest who stayed at my hotel for 5 months or so who was from that area. He would come down to the lobby and show me pictures of the beaches and some of the temples in the area that I wouldn't want to miss out on. I even have a map printed out where he marked places of interest for me, i just found it the other day in my Notes Binder (That thing is a mess) and now the spark has been lit again!
