This hero sprite is from the original source [Red_Knight].

IDK this would be something that could be easily implemented but it would be pretty darn cool if the sprite for your character on the title screen changed slightly as you equip items. (depending on whichever save file you used last)

Like, if you have leather armor it would have leather armor (could use a basic design to cover multiple pieces)

The has been earlier discussion about updating the hero icon in-game, but I think updating it on the splash screen would be over the top, bang-for-buck-wise

Um is that cover represents old school idea? even a little bit or not. What do you think can be added or removed? Or something entirely different?

I think updating it in game would be too. We would need overlays for all the different classes of armor, helms, gloves, shields, weapons, etc. it would be a lot of work. I agree it would be a nice touch, but there's so much else to do.
