Wow way to go. When you reach my level you'll be way past me at that level. I waited to get IF 10 until I could get an even number of HPs , ie, 1000, 1010,1020, etc. I was ocd about that haha!
Did you stop at IF 10? Like you, I'm a bit OCD when it comes to round numbers, but I don't think I'll stop taking IF at every opportunity. Very few of the other skills appeal to me.

My builds are usually the same. I put as many points into I.F. as i can as i level up and build up the rest. Most of my builds end up having a high amount of IF and unspent skill points.

25 starting hp. Lvls 2-5 I put points to health. The rest is IF.
