As you know with the recent update many things were changed. Unfortunately the location of bonemeal potions was one of those changes and now I can't seem to find them. Needing them for Kaori's errands quest. Thank you!

Hello Awkua.
The bonemeal potions can be accessed by completing the quest disswallowed substance.

You will need 5 insect wings and 5 bones.

When the quest is completed you can purchase bonemeal potions at the fallhaven chapel. Tell the man glow of the shadow and you can purchase 50 bonemeal potions at a time.

This is weird...

Make sure to have spolen with everyone (quest is given to you somewhere else).
You can also visit this thread for some help.

In case nothing works, give us more details about your device and eventually post your save.

I have spoken with everyone from Crossglenn, Fallhaven, and have even tried Vileguard. I remember in a past patch that the quest was switched to the potion maker in Fallhaven. The phone I'm using is the moto g from Verizon.

Very peculiar...
Have you talked to leonid in the Crossglen tavern? He is the steward of Crossglen. If so talk to tharal and bribe him with 5 insect wings. He then directs you to fallhaven chapel where you give the guy 5 bones after saying glow of the shadow.
If all goes wrong talk to the fallhaven potion maker!
Attempt to open the quest.
It wouldn't hurt! Grab some strawberrys!

I have spoken with both. The only quest available through them is to get the food poisoning potion.

Talk to Leonid first. If you take the correct path through the dialog that will initiate the quest. Then go and talk to Tharal. If you persist he will ask you for five insect wings. When you get him the wings he will give you the password. Then speak with Thoronir in Fallhaven. I just created a new character and initiated the quest, so there's no bug

Well explained.
The initation text is hidden in a couple of bribes and uncertainty.

Remember that the password is glow of the shadow.
