Would it be appreciated if i did a whole new thread where I gather all achievement suggestions in a long list and try to keep it as updated as possible? I could do that and would think it's fun, just wanna know if there's an interest in it.

Get the whole list together and post it here and I will go ahead and add it to the first post of the thread where it will be easy for everyone to find.

Perjury - Lie over 100 times in game

Hoarder: Over 100 (300? 500?) items in your inventory.
Master of Proficiency: buy out all proficiency skills from Fall then and Fyvara.
Grand Master of Proficiency: Max out all levels of all proficiency skills (no idea if this can even be done considering the number of skill points needed).
Shoe Fetish: 20+ types of footwear in your inventory.
Hack n Slash: kill 1,000 mobs while dual wielding two axes.
Road Rage: Kill 1,000 mobs while under the Minor Berserk Rage actor condition.
Blessed: kill 1,000 mobs while under the Bless actor condition.
Alcoholics Anonymous: drink 500 bottles of mead.
Addict: drink 1,000 potions (that enhance a, BC or something positive actor condition).
Overdosed: kill yourself by drinking too much poison.
Zen Garden: collect 10,000 small rocks (great side achievement while grinding for legendary items).
Legend: equip 4+ Legendary items at once.
Tinker: have 3+ items upgraded in Remgard (name of shop NPC eludes me right now).
King Fu Master: kill 1,000 mobs while having nothing equipped.
Mud Bath: collect 1,000 Mudifed Goos
I'm Batman!: collect 1,000 bat wings.
Coward: flee from xx battles.
Fast and Furious: Remgard to BWM settlement in under 20 minute (or under xx rounds)
Zombie Apocalypse: kill 1,000 zombies.
Sleeping Beauty: sleep in a bed 10,000 times (or sleep in each bed 100 times).

that's a choice looking list
reckon boots would kiss ya for adding the footfetish one haha
how bout one for the guys with high AC &BC or any skills?

eg Made of steel= (Insert level of BC needed)
Deadly strike= (insert level of AC needed)
Apt pupil= mastered quick learner skill
gold digger=mastered treasure hunter skill etc

BUDDAH POWERS - Die 100 times
HARDCORE - Go thru [[NAME OF CAVE]] without using any potions
BIG SPENDER - Spend over 1,000,000 coins in any/all stores
TOO MUCH SPARE TIME - Reach lvl 100
Tainted? - With Shadow (contaminated) after used bonemeal. There can be some benefits or penalties or guest after this one
Walker? - After xxxxxx steps or places visited
Collector - When charaster have 75% of all available items, etc
MASTER OF LESSER SHADOWS - Obtained 5 RoLS
ELYTHARAN CHAMPION - Obtained 5 ElyR
Itchy Foot - Visit at least 25% of traversable space on each map tile.
Nomadic Lifestyle - Visit at least 50% of traversable space on each map tile.

1st mission - Complete the 1st 2 tasks.
The chosen path - Dedicate to one of the 3 fighting styles.
Master of all - Master all the fighting styles.

Hopefully the rewards, if there would be any, are worth the sacrifice - like dying 100 times.

Also: What are your thoughts about achievements w/ multiple requirements? Or achievements that require the completion of minor achievements.
Example:
Man up!
-Flee from a combat when you have only 1 HP remaining
-Flee from a combat when the monster only has 1 HP remaining
-'another requirement'
-'another requirement'

or like this:

Man up!
-Tactical Retreat
-Merciful
-'another achievement'
-'another achievement'

This would be great for rewards - again, if there would be any - instead gaining something after every achievement. Or better rewards than minor achievements.
