I got the strange looking helmet, and the quest says I should look for Ulirfendor. Since I have been only hunting the Garg caves for so long, I dont remember who he is or where he is, and I looked through every city but no luck. Is this one of the quests that is not yet complete?

He's the guy you talked to in order to start the quest that gets you the helmet to begin with.

*meh* and I ran around to every town looking for him. I got the idea in my head it would be one of the priests of the shadow or something...

nope, east of loneford - the dried up lake bed... In the south eastern part of the alleceph cave.

It would be nice to add an info about where to find him in the quest log. I had the same problem. This would save a lot of facepalms.

Not exactly the same topic but what does the blessing he give do? My first response was the good deed and I went back because a blessing of the shadow seemed up my characters alley. I wont spoil what you get for refusing it, bit it said protection from harmful affects but I don't really see a difference. Can anyone give me some insight?
