I think the developers should add in a quest with the guy hiding from the boars by the crossroads guardhouse.

A have an idea for him. Lets say he is a renowned hunter from Feygard that was traveling to Remgard to bring back spoils from some of the 'baddies' down there and make himself more known, but in actuality he is just a average guy or weakling that hires other people to kill things for him and rewards them handsomely.... As he was traveling so pompously, (and in the wrong direction mind you) to Remgard, where he frantically dodged snakes, yelped at the cruel stings of the bees, cautiously skirting around beetles, and constantly running from lizards, he managed to miss the crossroad's guardhouse completely and corner himself in a little corner of the forest filled with the dreaded.... anklebiters. It would be very simple to do. It could be a lot like how the Ogeth crystals currently drop from noticeably stronger monsters with the same skin. All you would have to do is recolor\buff a couple monsters in the beginning (one option to just kill 1 big boss guy), or even have mobs just drop items like the bee quest you had to do for the woodcutters.

I could see it now..... when we get to go to Feygard, citizens will be talking about the great "deeds" of Fanamor

Which actually gives me a pretty good idea again.... incorporating the guy from deep wounds into this quest, and possibly more people... hmm....

It would be good to be able to escort him out, for a fee of course
And then if we go to Feygard and hear about him like you said, we can blackmail him to keep us quiet about who really killed the ankle biters
