Works as a weapon as well as a shield

I would go for them only because I'd want to keep my collection complete, at least on my main build.
On my other builds, I probably won't, nothing really screams "legendary" about them, and not sure they even have that "extraordinary" quality.

Maybe if the wing of attack could also cause weapon feebleness since it came from an Allaceph?

On wing of attack I was going to put cause feebleness but I thought it would be to over powering if I did
