whats the best place to collect gold?

im level 20 something and i think im doing well so far. Im not quite strong enough to take on all the little goblins at charwood but can easily cut through all of the red footed beasts with little effort so that should give you an idea of what i can handle

im trying to save up for a couple of really awesome rings i saw for sale. i looked at the gear list in another thread and im pretty sure its called "ring of the protector". it was very expensive.. anyways so my second question is: where do i find that ring? i forgot where i saw it for sale

oh yeah and i did a search for the topic and somewhere is mentioned that the gargoyle cave is a good spot. where's that at?

Welcome to the game and forum.
To answer your 1st question. The best place for gold is bwm (backwater mountain) but idk if your strong enough the get threw it. So the next best option for you would be to kill off snakes bores pups foxes wolves anything the you can get meat from and sell them.
The 2nd question the answer is vilegard.
And the gargoyle cave is east of vilegard. Just follow the road and its the map before the house.

around level 20, i like Flagstone Prison for an easy pace - when i only have a few mins. at a time...

for just a little more intensity, i grind the Gargoyle Cave (East of Vilegard)

if i'm feeling feisty, i jump right into the Iqhan Cave...

[massive XP, gold & gear drops to sell - plus a couple drops you'll enjoy]

But if you have the peanuts to attempt the iqhan cave I suggest bringing alot of healing items. Your best bet is the prison for low Lvl 20 and for high Lvl 20 the gargoyle cave aka current residence of sorrow... dang rols very elusive

that's why i cycle the three, when i need potions... i go to the Prison.

then run to the iqhan cave to drink them all as i try to keep from dying!
