That's not what my phone says, but it could be caused by the french translation.
I do have "rare" items in french, like "Polished Ring of Backstabbing", but the other stated before are marked as Extraordinary.
Oh, and I have the same blue glow in the background of boss drops stated before and "true" extraordinary items like WMC or SRoV...

Zukero is correct. Every boss drop I still have, bar that one, is extraordinary. I don't remember any others that were not extraordinary.
