376 now, the most recent three were the maggot & bat cave - not sure where to begin looking for the last one after two complete world tours.

I am almost certain that you can always visit all places, regardless of your quest choices.
Finding the last one could be hard. As I said, I gave up on finding my last one, and then found it by accident . If it's a single place it might be a basement somewhere (mine was in Crossglen!).

It was the other cave in the Green maze, ironic really, it's full of Mudfiends and with me being an amateur Potter, I'm often to be found playing with mud.
