How much content is there after Prim/Blackwater?

I have a level 18 character. I've been to Prim and Blackwater.
Is there a way into the Capitol city? How much content is there really to continue the plot? Should I keep playing? At what level do you pretty much run out of quests/story?

There's lots more after Prim and Blackwater. Currently, you run out of content around level 45.
Feygard and Nor city are not in the game yet.

Make exploration for level up and go to loneford if you done all easy quests

funny, since it's the exact level i ran out of contents..(except for grinding for extraordinary items.. which i'm not that willing to do..
the RoL IS tempting, but i almost gave up around 1000 kills..
