Remgard or Green Maze?

Where I should go first story-line wise? Green Maze seems more logical - I have quest for it and it's closer, but here on the forum I've read that Lotar quest should be last.

I'd say Remgard. But if you are sneaky, you could just hit the Green Maze area enough to get the armor "Serpent's Hauberk", and then head out.
