a new lvl item drop bug.

well I don't know if it is known or not. I tried searching but didn't find anything related.
I am experimenting a new build currently at lvl 18. I dropped some blackwater brews at the tile which leads to a new map.
but when I try to pick item a dialogue appears with nothing. see the screenshots.
