I know that we can "brew" some special potions like antidotes and Lodar's special potions.
What if you have to use the right container for brewing them:

small empty vials for ???
empty vials for minor potions
empty flasks for normal/strong potions
empty potion bottles for bonemeal potions

For now we only need them for the rotworm quest.
So you don't have to sell them and you can't hoard more potions than you have the right containers for (or you buy them in Fallhaven ).

Actually I don't mind it the way it is, because realistically, the potion makers have to buy their containers from somewhere. After all, you're not the ONLY customer in these shops. As for the empty containers in the monster drops, it makes sense they might use the potions they've obtained from adventurers they've killed... seeing as how no shopkeeper in their right mind would ever sell these things to them!
