Avg DPR fresh look

I was looking into the AT mechanics of something called Average damage per round (AvgDPR).
Three findings:
1) Increasing AC benefits characters with relatively high AD and no CHS more than characters with low to medium AD and high CHS.
2) Increasing AD benefits characters with more CHS and Attacks Per Round (APR).
3) When it comes to AvgDPR, Hard Hit is a typically better skill than Weapon Accuracy (but not always).
Do you agree or disagree?
