One of my builds uses it. 4 levels of the Heavy Armor Proficiency makes the Shadowstalker the best armor available.

How did you get your attack cost down to 4, and have a critical skill? The lowest attack cost for a weapon with crits is 4. JoF takes that down to 3, and Shadowstalker takes it back up to 5.

Like I said, 4 levels of the Heavy Armor Proficiency eliminates the +2 AP cost of the Shadowstalker.

I am using the Gleaming Claymore of ruin, which is a 5AP attack cost. 4AP with the JoF.

It would hard to create because of the three legendary items needed, but it would be interesting to see if you could get enough HP, and have them restore themselves fast enough, that you don't need potions.
You could go Blade of the Defiler (+0-2 hp), shadowstalker (+1 hp) and then go for RoLS, which is only 1 Legendary. then go for the RoL if necessary.
This build is equipped with the Blade of the Defiler and 2 RoLS. It also has 1 level of Corpse Eater, 2 levels of IF, and 2 levels of Regeneration. One of my better builds. I'd say it is the 3rd best out of my 9.

I had forgotten Heavy armor proficiency did that. So with one RoLS, two RoL, and Shadowstalker, you could get +1 HP every round, and 0-6 HP on every hit, and 7 HP on every kill. Then add HP from Re and CE to that. That could be an interesting build. Hard to do though, because a lot of the benefits could only be realized at a high level.

Picking between Regeneration and Corpse Eater is not easy... But i feel like either one is a great option

Regeneration: I use more on builds that may sit around more, like when waiting for monsters to respawn

Corpse Eater: i use more on builds that do not stand still for long, these builds are usually made with extremely high AC and AD so i can take down enemies quickly to leach their health.
