Not a question, just a comment really.
When you eventually get to the top of the mountain and you meet the agent just outside the BW settlement for the last time.
He says, "I'll see you inside"
I think he's a liar, cos since I first noticed this I've checked carefully with my next couple of characters and he definitely implies that he'll meet/see you inside but he's nowhere to be found.
