Hi guys. What weapon should I use. I'm thinking either quikstrile dagger or barbed dagger for the stackable bleeding effect. Your opinions?

The Hira'zinn has a very high DR (21), so the most important consideration is to get a lot of damage per hit. See here for a discussion about that: viewtopic.php?f=2&t=5733. So while normally a lot of hits per round is the way to inflict maximum damage, when the monsters DR is 21 that strategy kind of goes out of the window.

U get your point but maybe the bleeding effect of the barbed dagger because it stacks would be effective? Either that or I need the next 10 levels in AD before I go near it

Your current AD is 18-29, which with a monster DR of 21 translates into 0-8 damage per hit. The Hira'zinn has 263 HP, so you will need a lot of hits to kill it with such a low AD! Especially given that it gains 1-6 HP every time it hits you, and it gets 5 attacks per round!

As far as the Barbed dagger goes, I've always thought Bleeding wounds, as an actor effect on a weapon, is under-powered. You get the effect x1 for 5 rounds, which is only a total loss of 5 HP, and good luck on standing your ground against the Hira'zinn for 5 rounds. You could hit it and flee, and watch it lose 5 HP over the next 30 seconds, while fighting off all the respawning Hirathil, but that would certainly not be my choice. Unless you have an especially strong desire to torture it to death you need to be looking for the highest possible AD per hit, with that damage effective immediately.

Blackwater Iron Sword or Balanced Steel Sword for me, and way more BC than 89%, (I don't really do hit and run, more hit and heal, when necessary).

Best weapon for Hirazinn is Skullcrusher or Gutsplitter. I don't think Hirazinn has guts, so I would go with the skullcrusher.

Thanks for the advice guys. I'm not sure it's even possible for me to kill it without hit and run but I'll give it a go lol. Skullcrusher you get from the wopdcutter guys right?

Finally killed the hirrazin used the skullcrusher and hit and run. Thanks to rijackson for the advice I've now done that and raided lodars potion store for everything he had. Now I'm broke again.....becoming a millionaire is gonna take a looooooonnng time lol
