Is there a easy way to get the robes as well? It has double the AC as the serpants Hauberk and I lose only BC which is in the negative anyway and some DR but I will get another attack before I flee. Is it a reward of any quest?

Hi guys, I read in several posts that he will always appear at the next stop unless we make him mad...
So, how do we make / not make him mad? I only have 1 option to refuse any more rat tails, is that option safe? Is there a minimum number of rat tail (or anything else in the future) that we have to give this guys before we reject him?

I know it's been awhile on this, but is the list in order?
I'm on the rat tails and been all the way to BWM and back and can't find Halvor.
If it is black water mountain pass, am I at the right location ?
