I've never seen the point of "Bless". Simply making the AC 30% instead of 25% would be exactly the same. There's currently no way to make an actor condition simulate the blessing of the dark shadow though. I would prefer to "upgrade" it by giving it a negative condition on monsters.
It's even worse than that: if it were 30% AC on weapon instead of 25% + 5% from Bless, ElyR could benefit from Two Handed Sword proficiency and Two Handed Specialization AC bonuses. It's terrible as it is, deserves a rework on the actor condition, at least... not for the next release, maybe the one after it.

That is really unlucky, I feel bad for you.
I thought that I was unlucky enough to get it after 10k kills...
I'll never grind this thing anymore, lol.

very unlucky... but i make lot xp when i begun to try for the RoLS i was around lvl 25 , now i'm lvl 52 xD

The chance of getting it after 18,893 kills was over 94%. So you are indeed unlucky
. I recall someone else reporting well over 20,000 kills before getting their ring so you don't hold the record, but you may be getting close
