So, I have came across a place where I am just wasting my consumables. I feel like I am going to go back to the Irqual Cave where the scaredy cat left. Unless you guys think there is a better place to go.

Based on your statistic. Either Gargoyle Cave or BWM. When I was your level, my ad was 40-70 with ECC of 40% and CS of 18. Ergo, your ad is pretty low for Green Maze and for Remgard.
Although, Iqhan Cave will do.

I think you are a few levels to early to be making your way to Remgard. 33-34 is usually when I attempt it, but that's without Bonemeal.

Should I restart my character? I think I will when I complete all quests available to complete

Actually, I am sure I'll be restarting.

Why restart? Your only problem seems to be a rather low AD. You need to concentrate on raising that.

No I should've said was, I'll create a new character when I reach all quests and get the RolSs of course.

I tried to go to it was frantically difficult for me. I think Is an absolute must. Not going to divulge in anymore..

AD is very nice to have, but if you can't get rid of the mobs in the first round, you may want to have either high BC or high HP
I followed the guide to the dual wielding monster. IF is a must-have although I may have spent too many points on that:
lvl 125, hp 497, IF 5, regeneration 1
