Today I just noticed this old man. Not sure if he's been there all this time or he came along with new update. How do we get to him? Which cave lead to that cave exit next to him?

Part of the Ratdom update. Go ahead to meet him at least twice. Once at the beginning of the relevant quest, and once again near the very end. Useful tete-a-tetes with him every time!

Oh okay. I haven't had any heroes that can do that quest yet. Thanks!
