Go to Remgard via Stoutford if you've started The Roots of love quest. If you have not then you need to go back to Stoutford

I don't understand, should I go all the way back to remgard from stoutgard for me to do the quest?
Or is there a better route?

The quest starts in Stoutford. Did you start this quest? If no, go to Stoutford. If yes, go to Remgard and find Aryfora.
