Fabulous idea! I like the idea of disguising your self with a carcass of said beast!
Just like solid snake in a box... But a little boy in a arudir carcass?
I can't wait until this is finished!

i got my first skin without grinding (with a maximum of 30 kills, i guess). i must be used all the luck in that piece of skin. bad news for that boring RoLS grinding (~2000 for now).

Same luck here for RoLS, at 2500+ relevant kills with no RoLS yet...

I too picked up a skin at about 30 kills. I'm at 2xx now and am quickly losing interest. The Math says that this could easily stretch into 1-2 K attempts. I would suggest a "limit" on such extreme drops, that if a person has killed X-number of beasts without an expected drop, the drop just happens. Should be easier than adding a new map or content:

I just don't see it as a fun or engaging gaming experience to potentially have to traverse one area, killing up to a few thousand beasts to pick up one potion.

You don't need the skins to complete any quest, or visit any area in the game. They are much easier to get than extraordinary or legendary items (perhaps you are not even aware these exist?). If you are not interested in grinding for enough skins to get one potion, then don't. It's there for players that are willing to do that, which is certainly not all players (myself included).
