Are warhammers, maces, and the scepter two-handed weapons?

No. Two-handed swords, greataxes, and giant hammers are two handed.

yeah, chaosreaper is a scepter and is sweet for dual wielding with other items.

Hello DaveTra, and welcome to the forums.
If you have a weapon, equip it and then try to equip another, or a shield. If you can't, it's a two handed weapon.
