Andor's Trail

I was playing with the child near the weapon/armor vendor in Stoutford when it vanished after the 4th founding.
I searched the whole town but can't find it anymore.

At the 4th time it says I would be cheating and vanished. I searched the whole map.

There is no chuckling. I searched each tile of this map.

Ok, so I did this quest three times and I already knew all 7 places where the kid can hide but in one try, he was no where. Like seriously, he vanished. It happened after third attempt of hide and seek, where the kid tells you that you might have cheated. I thought about it, and I think he might have vanished because of the other npc. The other commoner npc was at the same spot where brolla is supposed to spawn. Maybe the overlapping is causing problem. In other two tries, I found him in all places.

Yeah. This is obviously a problem. We will fix it.

Has this been fixed?
I've done the quest up until you may have cheated, then get nothing. Pretty sure I've searched every tile...
*Edit* found him one more time up by the top left shop.
