Just south of the crossroads guard house, in the trees, find the cave crawlers cave.

The entrance was invisible until you spoke with a certain guard. It's on a map near that other cave you could always get to, but you have to head in a different direction to see it.

like I said go down into the thieves guild and talk to the people down there. Complete the Thief apprentice and Immaculate kidnapping quests first. They all start with the thieves.

There is another quest you must complete for the guild after the apprentice quest, before you can do Crackshot. Have they sent you to the Foaming Flask yet?.

I already mentioned the Immaculate kidnapping quest. Have you completed that one? Talk to Umar.
